Loving the contrast in the colors in this layout, they really pop, and the red banners especially are a great touch!

oooh, how fun! the colors are so bright and happy; perfect for the theme. The circle banners are great. I'll keep that idea in mind for one of my future layouts! :)

The placement of the banners definitely took a departure from the sketch but it is so fantastic! The chevrons are a great contrast with the half circles.
